Pink Nail Polish Review

Pink Nail Polish
Pink nail polishes have always been super popular and new shades continuously pop up in nail care collections all the time. Recently, pale ballerina pinks have become exceptionally popular but hot pinks are popping up here and there for summer months. There are many different types of pink nail polish including pastel pinks, true pinks, and bright pinks. Each type of pink is great for a number of different occasions and gives your look a feminine, girly vibe. Pinks contrast well with many different color so you can easily pair them with different shades of clothing and accessories. Here are some of the different shades of pink polish and how to wear them:

Pale, pastel pinks are ideal for a classy occasion or for a professional environment. They look great with blacks, grays, whites, or even other pastels. They blend in easily with your natural nail color so they can typically be worn with beiges and khakis as well. Try pairing pastel pink nail lacquers with a pastel blue or purple for a whimsical effect. When using a pale pink polish make sure you smooth out your nail with a buffer and apply a few coats to get more of an opaque finish than a sheer finish. Pale pink lacquers are great for date nights and romantic evenings out. Take a look at "real simple", "it's in the bag", and "hi maintenance" by Essie for the perfect pale pink shades.

True pinks typically have a matte finish and remind you of something that would be in a doll's closet. They are very classic and feminine and can be paired with blacks, different shades of purples, grays, and greens for a contrasting effect. These shades could be worn in a casual working environment and are great for a day out shopping with the girls. Try wearing this shade under strappy sandals for a pulled together look. Alternate true greens and true pinks on fingernails for a great modern style. These shades can be worn on either fair skin or darker skin as it will stand out against any skin tone. If you are looking for a true pink check out "mob square", "need a vacation", and "infatuation" by Essie.

Hot pinks and neon pinks are great for summer months and can be worn with a jean mini skirt, leggings or a simple dress. Try wearing a hot pink against black or white or mix it up with other bright neon colors. For a more glamorous look, apply rhinestones or glitter on top of you hot pink nail polish. This shade would be ideal for a night out at the club or a day by the pool. Hot pinks are very vibrant and aren't ideal for a professional work environment. You can also try adding stripes or polka dots on top of your hot pink lacquers. Hot pinks will also look great on toenails. You could even try wearing a lighter shade on your finger nails and a brighter shade on your toes. Consider "miami nice", "tour de finance", and "bachelorette bash" by Essie for hot pink nails.
