These very unique tissues are made from natural rice and packaged in a small, convenient, pull-out tissue component. They provide the same, great oil-absorbing functions as the Palladio Rice Powder but in a more compact form. The matte side (without powder) is used for blotting to absorb the excess oils. The powdered side is used for finishing.
