Paul Brown Hawaii Diamond Heads Hair Cuticle Ultra Shine Serum is for those who want their hair to be healthy and shining. I can now manage my hair so easily! Just a light massage with 1 or 2 drops is more than enough for the whole day. This serum can be applied to wet as well as dry hair. I found it to be a perfect product for my hair!
