1. Towel blot each rod to remove excess moisture, after you've achieved your desired curl patter.
2. Then, completely saturate each rod with Hawaiian Silky Neutralizing Solution and allow to soak for 15 minutes.
3. Remove rods and rinse hair with tepid water.
